Refund Policy

1. Membership Fee Refund

Diamond Holidays has the following policy regarding membership fee refunds:

  • A full refund is available within 7 days of joining if no benefits have been used
  • A 50% refund is available between 8-14 days of joining if no benefits have been used
  • No refunds are available after 14 days of joining
  • No refunds are available if any holiday benefits have been utilized
  • No refunds are available if any commissions have been earned

2. Holiday Booking Cancellations

For holiday booking cancellations, the following policy applies:

  • Cancellations made 7 or more days before the booking date: No penalty, booking can be rescheduled
  • Cancellations made 3-6 days before the booking date: Counts as 0.5 of your annual booking quota
  • Cancellations made 0-2 days before the booking date: Counts as 1 full booking from your annual quota
  • No-shows without cancellation: Counts as 1 full booking and incurs a ₹500 penalty fee

3. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  • Submit a written refund request to support@diamondholidays.com
  • Include your member ID, registration date, and reason for refund
  • Provide your bank account details for the refund transfer
  • Refunds are processed within 15 working days of approval

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable under any circumstances:

  • Administrative fees
  • Processing charges
  • Taxes collected
  • Membership fees after 14 days

5. Special Circumstances

In case of medical emergencies or other exceptional circumstances, Diamond Holidays may consider special refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Supporting documentation will be required.

6. Changes to Refund Policy

Diamond Holidays reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
